All the other builders in the area have spread their garbage far and wide. But I can say that we were visiting the building site a couple of times a week and we have a great foreman on site. Friends of ours also built around the same time with them and had no end of troubles but eventually everything got sorted out. Once the earthworks and foundations were laid and our supervisor Tony took over the build things really sped up and the build was completed in 5 months. All the trades were very friendly and professional and always made us feel welcome when we were on site. Tony was always available to answer any concerns we might have had and worked hard to complete the home for us. We truly love living here and would recommend Dechellis homes to anyone wanting a good quality home at an affordable price.
He provided great insights and suggestions to optimize our design and the investment we were making. We required a totally custom package, from the design and facade to the windows, lighting, flooring and cabinetry. Llewyn continuously communicated throughout the build - checking in and keeping us in the loop, he ensured any issues were rectified and always made sure we were happy at every stage. He is genuine and has an exceptional work ethic. At every stage during the build, Darren kept us informed, sought feedback, and answered all our questions with amazing patience.
Great builders
Lot of sweet talk about reputation etc but too many delays, cost escalating and all the supplier would have cost 25-30% less I had gone to them directly. Any volume builder / project home builder will be cutting corners everywhere. Build quality was okayish, but their warranty is worthless, IME. Just got ignored initially, then repeatedly put off with vague promises to inspect which never happened. Admittedly it was a decade after the place was built, but the structural warranty was for 25 years, now 50. Make sure your information is up to date.
It was a dream for Andrew and I for a very long time to do this project. The process from start to finish with Dean and Felicity was incredibly professional and the attention to detail impressive. We built this house with Integrity Homes, mostly throughout the Covid lockdowns, from Victoria.

Being a tri/split-level home with high, raked ceilings, it was not a simple job but will be completed on time and on budget. I would definitely work with these guys again and recommend INH Central Coast without reservation. Don Sutherland and his team have been excellent to work with on my project from start to finish - we expect to move in 1 June 2020. With every construction project there will be challenges along the way.
We couldn't have had a worse experience in purchasing a home . Dechellis Homes as a company is so poorly run, it's truly shameful. No one cares what the customer's experience is or how the home turns out.

We weren't thrilled with the initial salesperson, but our customer liaison guy is fantastic. Every question promptly dealt with so far. I recommend the company to anyone who is interested in a custom job – they have designers they work with, or you could engage your own architect.

I have to say some of the trade professionals are very respectful and communicative and some believe are in the war zone. We thought we a very smooth planning to construction process with no major delays or hiccups.... Four years on and we are still chasing Rivergum to fix multiple leaks on our upper floor and window sills that reoccur every winter and now a roof that is aleady showing signs of rust. Poor quality, take no responsibility or genuinely try to fix things, it's not worth the stress, do not build with them.
We are very happy with the high quality of the homes and will not hesitate to use SA Designer Homes again. Communication is first rate coupled with his own very high standards and good sense of humour certainly made him a pleasure to work with. Overall, a good experience with a great result. Chris specializes in custom builds which really showed and the results speak for themselves. Chris is passionate about the product he delivers and his customers.
We have been to so many display homes but none compare to the quality of the way Simonds present them selves. My husband and I were so impressed with the customer service we recieved, that we went home and all we could do was talk about the care and understanding they gave us. The Homes sell them selves but the staff make it so much easier to want to buy their homes.

My building inpector is VERY happy bcuz he never has to nit-pick them. The door handles were all installed higher than I specified, so they immediately took them all off and re-installed. Few hiccups, and you have to ring them for updates, and go look yourself, but that's any builder.
